Prof. Martin Ajei is a philosopher with extensive experience in the design, monitoring, and evaluation, supervision, and management of the implementation of social scientific research and surveys to enhance performance and improve quality in service delivery in various sectors of West African economies and societies. He is adept at survey design and supervision, strengthening social services delivery systems, developing long-term policies, building partnerships with key stakeholders in resource-limited environments with a focus on improving the quality of social services outcomes.
Professor Ajei has over 18 years of consulting experience and project coordination and management in the West African sub-region. He has managed projects with funding support from the World Bank, AfDB, USAID, MCCU, DFID, and UNICEF.
He holds a Doctorate Degree in Philosophy from the University of South Africa, a Masters Degree from the University of Ghana and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Stockholm. He also holds a Certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation and another Certificate in Project Management from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration.
