Lambert Ntibrey is an electrical and electronics engineer (Heavy Current major) and ICT professional with 30 years of experience. He is enormous experience in research into SMART Grid technologies and technologies in education. Mr. Ntibrey is excellent at knowledge transfer and skills assessment and evaluation. He is the Chief examiner of ICT Practical examinations of the West African Examinations Council.
Mr. Ntibrey prepared an architecture baseline for the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) and established an architecture change management process for Smart Grid solutions deployment in the ECG. This process involved the continual monitoring of technologies being implemented under the MCC funded business change projects in the energy sector in Ghana.
He justified the need for ECG to mitigate the risk of the gap of lack of Enterprise Service Bus for the integration of MCC-funded projects and managed the implementation of the project for a few years. ECG is currently funding the implementation of the Enterprise Service Bus Project. During the implementation of the project, he managed to get all stakeholders to understand the need for the Enterprise Service Bus project including the funding partners, the entire organization, and the entire ICT team. This resulted in extensive stakeholder engagements between ECG and the funding partners.
